Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial sales strategy
Identify business opportunities, managing sales pipeline
Develop proposals, respond to tenders
Manage client relationships, ensuring technical & commercial solutions are appropriate
Negotiate commercial terms
Collaborate internally with technical, financial & commercial teams
Experience
Knowledge of new build housing market
Strong network in the new build housing sector
Knowledge and experience of Low Carbon Heat sector
Skilled relationship manager and negotiator
Experience of responding to tenders
Ability to manage long sales cycles
